SHIPPING & RETURNS


Shipping

We ship 2-3 days a week. Orders placed over the weekend get processed on Mondays. Please add 1-2 days for processing time from when your order is placed to when your order is shipped.

Unless an order has been expedited, we will use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders. We aim to ship every item in the most economical way so sometimes it’s better for us to ship UPS. Tracking info will be sent to you once it’s shipped.

We have no control over mail carrier delays. If your package is missing or potentially stolen, please contact us ASAP and let us know what’s up.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Not sure what you bought is right for you after all? We’ll gladly take returns, as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. Please contact us within one week of delivery. Beyond this, we ask that you commit to your purchase or exchange it for something else in the shop. Custom pieces are ineligible for a refund but they are available for exchanges. Please allow more time for shipping in this case - they will vary.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and exchange shipping charges.

 

Damaged Goods

Oh no! Did something arrive broken or damaged? Sadly, this happens (rarely) and we’re here for you. Usually this is due to the mail carrier so please take a photo of the package if it looks damaged in any way upon delivery. Please contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery to let us know what’s up. We’ll gladly cover return shipping for the replacement. If your item is in stock, we’ll be able to ship the replacement within one week of accepting the returned goods. If it’s a custom piece or not in stock, please allow up to 2-3 weeks.
