Shipping
You can expect your order to ship within 2-3 weeks from the date you place an order. If there is a delay, we will email to let you know and waive the shipping fee. We ship our pottery in boxes, using mostly recycled paper and cardboard to protect it during travel.
If you need your order shipped faster, please send us a message. If the item is a gift and you’d like to include a note, please let us know. Tracking info will be sent to the email provided once it’s shipped.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We’ll gladly take returns, as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. Please contact us within one week of delivery. Beyond this, we ask that you commit to your purchase or exchange it for something else in the shop. Custom pieces are ineligible for a refund but they are available for exchanges. Please allow more time for shipping in this case - it will vary.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and exchange shipping charges.
Damaged Goods
Oh no! Did something arrive broken or damaged? Sadly, this happens (rarely) and we’re here for you. Usually this is due to the mail carrier so please take a photo of the package if it looks damaged in any way upon delivery. Please contact us with a photo within a week of delivery to let us know what’s up. We’ll gladly cover shipping for a replacement. If it’s a custom piece or not in stock, please allow up to 2-3 weeks.
